Our commitment
Humanity Bridge Charity aims to operate with openness and integrity. Every contribution we receive is a responsibility we take seriously. This page describes how we are governed, how funds are typically used, and how you can reach us with questions about our work.
Governance
We are led by a director team that sets strategy, oversees programs, and reviews finances. Day-to-day operations are run by a small field team in Uganda. We collaborate with Beyazgül Derneği, our Turkish humanitarian partner, on co-funded initiatives.

How funds are used
We aim to direct the majority of every contribution to program delivery — feeding, education, healthcare, water access, and youth empowerment. The remainder typically covers essential operations such as field logistics, communications, and administration.
Where you indicate a preference for a specific program, we will aim to direct your contribution accordingly. Operational realities may require funds to be applied to a similar initiative — for example, where a program is over-subscribed, paused, or no longer running — and we will share updates on our work as we are able.
Impact reporting
We share program progress and outcomes through our News & Updates page. Updates typically describe what was done, who was reached, and what we learned. Donors and partners are welcome to reach out for additional context on specific programs.
Audits & compliance
As a young organization (founded in 2024), we are building toward independent audited financial statements over time. We seek to operate in line with applicable Ugandan regulations for charitable organizations and the expectations of our partner network.
