2. About us
Humanity Bridge Charity is a humanitarian charity registered in Uganda, founded in 2024. We work in partnership with Beyazgül Derneği to deliver feeding, education, healthcare, and community development programs.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of the Site.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or submitting forms.

4. Donations
Donations to Humanity Bridge are voluntary and generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of clear error. We apply funds to the work described on our Programs page. Where you indicate a preference for a specific program, we will aim to direct your contribution accordingly; operational realities may require funds to be applied to a similar initiative, and we will share updates on our work as we are able.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, the logo, and graphics — is the property of Humanity Bridge Charity or used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not use our name or logo without our prior written consent.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (such as social media platforms or our partners). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site or its content. Program descriptions, statistics, and impact figures are provided in good faith and may be updated as our work evolves.
